McCoy uses the following AI providers to power features across the platform. This page describes what data each provider receives and how they handle it.

Anthropic (Claude)

McCoy IQ: Challenge creation, content generation, role insights, conversation processing

When you use AI-powered features in McCoy IQ, scripts, role descriptions, and challenge content may be sent to Anthropic's API for processing.

Data is processed to fulfill the specific feature requested and then deleted.
Your data is not used to train, fine-tune, or improve AI models.
Data is not sold, shared with third parties, or retained beyond request processing.

OpenAI

McCoy IQ: Text-to-speech audio | Consumer App: Job search recommendations

Text-to-Speech (McCoy IQ): Scripts you author are processed by OpenAI's API to generate audio narration for avatar videos. Scripts are deleted after audio generation completes.

Job Recommendations (Consumer App): Your profile information (skills, experience, preferences) and career insights are processed by OpenAI's API to generate structured search parameters for job listings. Your profile data is not retained after processing.

Under OpenAI's API terms, input data is not used for model training.
Data is processed transiently and deleted after request completion.

HeyGen

McCoy IQ: AI avatar video generation

McCoy IQ Users can generate AI avatar videos from scripts they author. The script text is sent to HeyGen's API to produce the avatar video.

HeyGen processes scripts to generate video and does not use them for other purposes.
McCoy does not collect or store biometric data from synthetic avatars generated by HeyGen.
